Umbrella Theme: Resilience
Get your kids moving outside
Nature has some amazing benefits for our health!
Nature provides two major benefits to us. Firstly, it is very calming to our nervous system. The second benefit is that it stimulates our curiosity and our natural tendency to explore the world and tap into our imagination.
This combination is an amazing resilience builder.
Listen here, as I explain the importance of play time outdoors.
Until next time,
